My recent stay at Villa Streintz exceeded all my expectations in every aspect. The charming old villa, although a bit quirky, provided the perfect setting for a memorable stay. The convenient location, right on the lake and in the heart of the town, offered easy access to local attractions and dining options, including Greiss Lerei and Marchetti's Bar-Restaurant-Lounge within walking distance.The apartment's impeccable cleanliness and spacious layout, paired with well-appointed kitchen utensils and cookware, allowed for a comfortable and enjoyable self-catering experience. The absence of ceiling fans was hardly noticed, as the efficient heating kept the rooms cozy, and the lovely parquet floors added a touch of elegance to the ambiance. The highlight for me was the beautiful garden with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the stunning lake views. Wolfgang's exceptional hospitality truly made me feel at home, going above and beyond to accommodate any request promptly. The personalized attention, such as providing missing ingredients for our breakfast and offering sunscreen for outdoor activities, showcased the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Villa Streintz is not just a place to stay but a warm and inviting haven that I highly recommend for a truly unforgettable Austrian experience.
